Key Operations

1. Transaction Lookup:

   • Filter transactions by Invoice Reference Code, Date Range, Cashier, Customer Name, or Payment Status (Paid, Partial, Refunded).

2. Thermal Slip vs. Full A4 Formats:

   • Thermal Receipt (58mm/80mm): Formatted for standard POS receipt printers with store logo, line items, tax breakdown, and footer barcode.
   • A4 Formal Tax Invoice: Standard PDF format suitable for corporate B2B clients, warranty claims, and accounting audits.

3. Re-printing & Re-issuing:

   • Cashiers can reprint any past receipt or email an electronic PDF invoice directly to the customer's registered email address.
